With a commitment to innovation and integrity, we strive to inspire positive change in the beauty industry and beyond.About The RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Supply Chain Manager to join our Supply Chain/Operation team. In this role, you'll be the key link between our internal demand planning, logistics, sales teams, and customers' replenishment organization. You'll own the collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR) process to ensure our products are in-stock, forecasted accurately, and flowing efficiently through Walmart's supply chain.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, loves data analysis, and has a strong understanding of Walmart's systems and processes.Location: Remote - Based in the Bentonville, AR or Los Angeles, CA areasSalary Range: $80,000-$110,000 (based on experience)Key ResponsibilitiesLead the CPFR process with customers i.e. Walmart/Target/Ulta to drive high in-stock rates, accurate forecasts, and strong OTIF performanceMonitor and analyze system, including Walmart Retail Link, Luminate, and supply chain dashboards to track sales, inventory, and replenishment trendsDevelop and communicate weekly demand and inventory insights to internal teams and Walmart partnersAlign with Demand Planning, Sales, and Operations to ensure forecast accuracy for core and promotional itemsManage new item setups, modular transitions, and promotional events to ensure smooth execution and supply continuityIdentify risks in supply and demand, recommend corrective actions, and communicate potential service impacts earlyTrack and improve key metrics: forecast accuracy, inventory health, OTIF, and weeks of supplyPartner with Logistics and 3PL providers to ensure timely shipments and issue resolutionSupport continuous improvement initiatives across planning and replenishment processesRequirementsBachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field3+ years of experience in demand planning, replenishment, or customer supply chain — ideally supporting WalmartProficient in Walmart systems (Retail Link, Luminate, NOVA, Decision Support, SQEP, or Replenishment Tools)Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferredExcellent communication and relationship management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environmentExperience in Beauty, CPG, or Retail industries a plusWhy Join UsOpportunity to work with one of the largest retail partners in the worldBe part of a collaborative, growth-oriented team with direct impact on business performanceCompetitive compensation and benefits packageHybrid or remote flexibility (depending on location)BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentEmployee discounts on Pacifica Beauty productsA supportive and inclusive work culture that values diversity, creativity, and innovationMeaningful work that makes a positive impact on people and the planetJoin Pacifica Beauty in our mission to redefine beauty and inspire conscious living.
