Director of Supply Chain📍 Los Angeles, California (Hybrid – 4 days on-site)💰 Up to $200,000 + Bonus & Benefits Are you an experienced supply chain leader ready to take full ownership of a complex, high-volume manufacturing operation?We’re partnering with a global manufacturer responsible for producing some of the world’s most recognised personal care products. The site and organization is going through an exciting transformation, and we’re looking for a Director of Supply Chain to lead the next phase of change.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee Purchasing, Planning, and Inventory, with future responsibility for Warehousing. You’ll bring structure, visibility, and strategic direction to a large operation servicing brand partners across multiple product categories.You’ll be joining a business that’s scaling fast, modernising systems, and empowering leaders to make a tangible impact. The person in this role will play a critical part in shaping how the site plans, procures, and delivers — and will be developed as a potential successor to the VP of Operations.What You’ll DoLead end-to-end supply chain activities across purchasing, planning, and inventory managementDrive the adoption and optimisation of ERP tools to improve visibility and accuracyEstablish and embed robust SIOP/S&OP processes to balance demand, supply, and capacityDeliver measurable cost savings through smarter sourcing and supplier managementChampion continuous improvement, process discipline, and data-driven decision-makingBuild, coach, and inspire a high-performing supply chain teamWhat You’ll Bring8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership, including time at Director levelExperience in manufacturing in a CPG, or contract manufacturingStrong ERP and systems acumen, ideally with experience improving data integrityProven record of driving cost efficiencies, improving lead times, and enhancing on-time deliveryA collaborative, analytical, and resilient leadership style — comfortable leading through changeHands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic direction and daily operational focusWhy This RoleThis is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact site that’s undergoing major transformation.
