The company offers a real chance for people to act in an entrepreneurial fashion, and grow with them as they continue their impressive growth.As a Customer Supply Chain Planner you willDriving the replenishment of packaging and finished goods volumes from a number of suppliers through active planning and purchase order managementWorking collaboratively with suppliers, procurement, freight operations and inventory teams to ensure that global inventory levels are maintained across their portfolioWork with the global deployment team to help drive the allocation of goods to regions and expedite any un-forecasted demand as neededManaging the supply of new products from 1st order onwards to support the timely delivery of replenishment quantitiesCommunicating supply risks across the business in an informative and effective manner Inputting to the S&OP process to flag sales and financial risks due to supply and inventory constraints Monitoring performance of the third party supplier(s) along with identifying risk areas and proactively implementing improvement projectsWorking with global logistics team to identify the right mode of transportation with the third party logistics providers(s)Working efficiently and effectively across a rapidly growing global organisationMaximizing the delivery of sustainable improvements in supply chain KPIsManaging and multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to obtain the best outcomes for the business and minimise supply risks About You2-5 years' experience in a supply planning environment, preferably in the FMCG areaFamiliarity with the processes, parameters and calculations that support the delivery of great product availability whilst maintaining low inventoriesExperience in a supplier facing role within a supply chain capacityUnderstanding and commercial awareness of the total supply chain including sales operations and demand planningAwareness of procurement processes and the boundaries between planning and negotiationBe able to communicate effectively at internally and externally up to Senior Director levelOutstanding attention to detail, identifying and addressing anomaliesBe a quick learner with great problem solving skillsAn excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular ExcelERP system experience - ideally Oracle NetsuiteWhy join us?Be a part of this values driven, high growth, magical journey with an ultimate vision to empower everyone, everywhere to be the best version of themselvesWe're a hybrid model with flexibility, allowing you to work how best suits you25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) with an additional day to celebrate your birthdayInclusive parental leave policy that supports all parents and carers throughout their parenting and caring journeyFinancial security and planning with our pension and life assurance for allWellness and social benefits including Medicash, Employee Assist Programs and regular social connects with colleaguesBring your furry friend to work with you on our allocated dog friendly days and spacesAnd not to forget our generous product discount and gifting!At Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, our mission is to empower everybody in the world to be the most beautiful version of themselves.
