Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bucharest for a Customer Support IT (Junior) at IDAVA SOLUTIONS. The role will involve providing technical support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues on a daily basis.
