They should have strong hands-on expertise as appropriate in SuccessFactors Compensation and be able to write user stories.Key Responsibilities Include Design & workshops: Lead and facilitate verification sessions and fit-to-standard workshops, ensuring business and technical alignment to the global template. Provide inputs to the Organisation and People Readiness (O&PR) and Service Delivery Model (SDM) teams on the requirements for System procedure, work instructions and training materials. Testing & triaging: Perform in-sprint testing, functional triaging, and support defect resolution during all testing phases. Integration mapping: Work on functional requirements mapping for integrations, including SuccessFactors (SF) to GlobalView and other integrations handling employee and organizational data. Cross-Team Collaboration: Engage with data teams, process owners, and cross-functional workstreams to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Compensation, OT xECM or SNOW HRSD and also with transformation experience. Expertise in agile methodologies, including writing user stories and participating in sprint-based delivery. Experience with integration design and mapping between external systems. Ability to work across multiple teams and drive end-to-end process alignment.
