Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.The BDM is responsible for developing, implementing and tracking, with CD Team, the Promo Strategy to grow market share and build brand equity. Need to ensure ROI and maximize and monitor GTN. Will be the liaison between Consumer Experience, CDT & Finance ensuring that the Customer Business Plans arealigned with Colgate Brand and RE strategies. Will also work closely with other cross-functional members including Supply Chain, Packaging and Insights/Analytics in order to ensure best in class in-store plans and their flawless execution.Main responsibilities:Promotional plansCo-Create with CDM the Promo plan by Customer Recommend the best customer promo tools that ensures the execution of the 5P strategyUse Nielsen & customer data tools to monitor business plans, SOM, identify opportunities and address business challengesEnsure Promo Plan delivers the agreed pricing objectivesDeep understanding of competition Promo strategies on prioritized customersBrand event implementationDefine and coordinate plans between the CD team and CX for correct event maximization. Ensure corrective actions to address gaps and identify opportunitiesEnsure best in class promo plan implementation at store in coordination with CD and FF teams, while maximizing event communication using customer mechanics GTNPrepare investment posture, budget allocation and monitor of GTN by customerMonitor GtN implementation and spending vs plans. Continuously seeks to maximise/optimise investment impactAnnual GTN estimation by customerRecommend counterparts for customer negotiations based on brand & RE strategyElevate Risks and Opportunities to maximize GTN revenueCustomer EngagementSupport the CD team with an extra level of customer relationship with the Buyer and other customer members.
