In this pivotal role, you will plan, direct, and manage the development and execution of all customer support activities for our dealer network, ensuring exceptional customer and dealer satisfaction while achieving business objectives.You will lead a team, drive the implementation of parts and service sales and marketing plans, and collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver best-in-class support. This is a high-impact, office-based role with significant travel requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, direct, and manage customer support activities for all dealers in the region, aligning with company objectives.Oversee all customer and dealer support functions, ensuring high standards of satisfaction.Implement parts and service sales and marketing plans in collaboration with Aftermarket Sales Lead and global teams.Lead, coach, and develop a team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Guide dealers in building service department capacity and capability.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer support, dealer satisfaction, and aftermarket sales.Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company standards across all markets.Oversee warranty administration and product safety initiatives.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product issues and enhance support processes.Lead initiatives to improve customer support processes, tools, and systems.About YouYou thrive in dynamic environments, inspire those around you, and are ready to take on big challenges. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:Required Skills & ExperienceStrong communication, planning, organizing, and leadership skills.Demonstrated experience in customer support, product support, or a related field.Proven ability to lead and develop teams.Experience managing multiple stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration.Ability to analyze and report on KPIs and performance metrics.Willingness and ability to travel up to 35%, including internationally.Commitment to office-based work (remote work is not available).Desired Skills & ExperienceExperience in marketing and sales, especially in parts and service sales.Previous experience supporting John Deere products or working within the John Deere dealer network.Experience in the agricultural, construction, or heavy equipment industry.Exposure to Southeast Asian markets and cultures.If you have the experience outlined above, and the passion to succeed, we would love to hear from you!Why Join Us?At John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go.
