Customer Support RepresentativeLocation: Mexico City, MexicoOverview: Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels, ensuring satisfaction and resolving inquiries efficiently.Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.Resolve issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.Document interactions and follow up on complaints or requests.Manage escalations and coordinate with social media partners.Process promotions, rewards, and loyalty programs.Requirements:2+ years in customer service; contact center experience preferred.Strong business acumen (FMCG or Food & Beverage ideal).Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.English (C1 level); French (B2) is a plus.
