Customer Support SpecialistAs a Customer Support, you will provide professional support to our B2B customers, helping them resolve issues and get the most out of our services.?Who Are WeWe are a SaaS company that provides a marketing automation platform for businesseThe position is 100% remote.Full-time job, Sunday-Thursday, 9:00-18:00.:ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support via email and video meetings (screen sharing), and by phone in exceptional circumstances .Manage and resolve technical support issues to ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements:1-4 years of experience providing customer support for SaaS companies.Experience providing technical support in writing, via video meetings, or by phone.Experience working with Webhooks, API integrations, and business automation tools such as Zapier or Make- an advantage.Strong written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
