IntroductionWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Japanese-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team at JMarkets. In this role, you will assist our Japanese clients by addressing their inquiries and concerns in their native language through various communication channels. This position plays a vital part in ensuring client satisfaction and delivering outstanding service — without relying on translation tools.ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and efficiently to client inquiries through multiple channels including live chat, messaging apps, ticketing systems, and phone.Analyze customer data to provide accurate recommendations and resolve issues effectively.Address product or service-related concerns by identifying the cause, offering suitable solutions, and ensuring timely resolution through proper follow-up.Foster positive, long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.Build rapport and handle conflicts or misunderstandings professionally and empathetically.Contribute to team success by achieving related goals and maintaining high performance standards.Ensure all customer interactions meet established quality and compliance standards.RequirementsProficiency in spoken and written Japanese and English.Experience in resolving complex issues and communicating with dissatisfied or upset clients.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism.Basic understanding of empathy in customer service and its importance in client relationships.Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs) and best practices in customer support.Ability to identify weak points in customer service processes and suggest improvements.Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.Must own a personal laptop (Windows with at least 8GB RAM or Mac model 2015 or newer).Stable internet connection for consistent communication and performance.We Offer8 paid sick leave days per year.8 paid vacation days per year.Annual health budget (after probation).Compensation for professional education and language learning courses (after probation).Reimbursement for sports subscriptions or equipment (after probation).Supportive, multicultural, and growth-oriented work environment.
