Global Customer Support (Night Shift ) BackgroundOur company operates financial services globally across multiple locations in Japan, Europe, and the United States. Establishing a customer support system that complies with regulations in each country is essential. In this position, you will support and execute overseas operations from Japan, handling a wide range of tasks including KYC and transaction monitoring.ResponsibilitiesExecute and support customer support operations for overseas offices (Europe and the United States)Review and process new account openings, including KYCReview and process asset deposits and withdrawalsHandle fiat currency deposit and withdrawal operationsRespond to various customer inquiries (including emails and English communication)Perform ongoing customer management tasksConduct transaction monitoring and filtering operationsMaintain and translate operational manuals into EnglishRequired QualificationsOver 3 years of experience in a financial institution (cryptocurrency exchange, securities company, bank, etc.), field not limitedBusiness-level English skills (reading, writing, and speaking) for at least 1 yearPreferred QualificationsBasic knowledge of AML/CFTBusiness communication skills in FrenchWorking Hours21:00 - 06:00 (8 hours per day, shift system)Break time: 60 minutesOvertime: ApplicableActual working hours per day: 8 hours
