Validation Specialist – Customer TeamHybrid Working | £28,000 – £31,000 DOE | London BridgeWe’re looking for a Validation Specialist to join our Customer Care team and support our continued growth.This role involves conducting detailed validation checks, helping prevent fraud, and ensuring accuracy across customer documentation. You’ll work closely with both Customer Care and Underwriting, focusing on complex validations that require sound judgement and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesValidate documents and policies, ensuring data accuracyUse tools to detect and escalate potential fraudHandle customer enquiries and calls during the validation processRecord outcomes precisely and in line with proceduresCollaborate with teams to maintain compliance and service standardsIdentify trends and suggest process improvementsOccasionally support Customer Fulfilment (phone, email, live chat)Assist colleagues with validation-related queriesAbout YouExperience in customer service or validation within a regulated setting (insurance a plus)Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepanciesFamiliarity with document handling and validation toolsConfident using digital platformsClear communication skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in fraud or compliance desirableWhat We OfferHybrid working with office days at London BridgeLearning resources, mentorship, and tailored developmentPrivate healthcare, gym discounts, wellbeing support£28,000 – £32,000 DOE + overtime allowance10% performance-related bonus
