Step into a role where your leadership, coordination, and problem ‑ solving skills make a real difference.What You’ll DoDrive Project Success Ensure top performance across all Transition Projects (QCD) for the GBE. Be the go-to partner for Engineering, Program Management, GBE, GVP, CQE/CQL, ME, and Internal Customer Teams. Own the Execution Lead projects end-to-end, preventing line stoppages and proposing smart alternatives when challenges arise. Escalate or request support in time to avoid shortages or customer impacts. Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration Build and manage the project team (Commodity, GBE Buyers, SPEs/SQDs, CT PMs, CQL/CQEs, Engineering). Host Kick-Off Meetings and define the project Ways of Working (MOS) based on risks and mitigation plans. Plan & Track Like a Pro Set up a complete project timeline and tracker, capturing all impacted components and channels (OEM/OES/IAM). Ensure reverse planning is fully implemented for smooth execution. Collaborate with Suppliers Organize regular supplier meetings (MOS) and drive escalations when milestones are at risk. Own all procurement reporting for your projects. What We Need Experience: experience as a project leader, nice to have: procurement experience (industrial - mandatory) Education: University degree in Technology. Tools: Excel, Dashboard for Metrics (QCD) Knowledge: Manufacturing Process, (Casting & Machining, Stamping, Investment casting, Precision Machining). Basic Knowledge of Costing.
