Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cybersecurity Professional located in Canberra. The Cybersecurity Professional will be responsible for protecting the organization's systems and networks from cyber threats, performing risk assessments, monitoring security tools, and leading incident response efforts. They will also develop and implement security policies, perform security audits, and collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure comprehensive security measures. Qualifications Experience in cybersecurity, network security, and information security managementSkills in risk assessment, incident response, and security auditingProficiency in using security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption protocolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus
