Cybersecurity Solution Engineer

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Solution Engineer to join our Commercial Team and support customers throughout their journey on the Deepinfo Platform, with a strong focus on the Proof-of-Concept (PoC) phase. You will be responsible for configuring accounts, applying the correct packages, and shaping each setup based on a clear understanding of the organization’s online footprint, public exposure, and threat profile. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, structured execution, and the ability to understand how organizations are represented across the internet. You will collaborate closely with the Security Team to ensure each customer account is accurate, meaningful, and aligned with platform goals. Understand how each customer appears publicly online by analyzing their domains, sub-brands, and infrastructure. Configure accounts to reflect the customer’s digital exposure, including their external presence, visibility across public data sources, and organizational structure. Support customer setup and platform alignment across areas such as digital footprint monitoring, threat intelligence enrichment, and brand or reputation observation. Periodically review accounts and fine-tune configurations based on new findings or platform updates. Work closely with internal teams, especially the Security Team, to validate assumptions or receive technical input. Maintain clear internal documentation on account configuration and customer logic. ✅ What We’re Looking ForExperience: You do not need years of prior industry experience, but you should be detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable working in structured technical environments.Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand how organizations operate and how they appear on the internet.Web Awareness: Familiarity with the types of data publicly available about companies (domains, IPs, certificates, etc.). Process-Driven: Comfortable using internal tools and following documented workflows.Ownership: Takes initiative and responsibility for ensuring the quality and accuracy of account setup.Team Collaboration: Works effectively with the Commercial and Security Teams.Remote Work Discipline: Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment. Soft Skills: Excellent time management, communication, and troubleshooting abilities.
