Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking to recruit a Learning, Development & Quality Manager responsible for overseeing and managing the learning and development initiatives and quality assurance processes within the Maison. This role is essential to ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively, and that the Maison maintains high-quality standards across all operations. Also assists in implementation of systems and programs in employee relations and revenue generation, thereby assisting the Director of HR in accomplishing Maison and department goals and objectives.ProfileDegree in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Education, or any other relevant field.Proven experience in a learning and development role, preferably with experience in quality assurance and management.Minimum 2 years in a similar position in a luxury property.Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various training methods.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms.
