Job SummaryThe Cybersmart Club Facilitator is a field ambassador responsible for establishing and managing Cybersmart Clubs in schools, coordinating membership subscriptions, and ensuring the successful implementation of club activities. The facilitator serves as the link between Levi EduTech, partner schools, students, and parents, driving awareness, engagement, and sustainability of the Cybersmart movement.The role is crucial to expanding the club’s presence nationwide and promoting digital literacy, cybersecurity awareness, and IT skill development among pupils and educators.Key Responsibilities Establishment of Cybersmart Clubs in SchoolsIdentify, approach, and onboard schools (primary, secondary, and tertiary) interested in joining the Cybersmart Club initiative.Serve as the official representative of Levi EduTech in initiating and formalizing club establishment through partnership discussions and signed agreements.Facilitate the launch of new Cybersmart Clubs, ensuring alignment with the organization’s standards, structure, and curriculum.Guide schools through the subscription and membership enrollment process, including distribution of starter kits, badges, and ID cards.Maintain a directory of all registered schools and active club chapters within assigned regions. Membership Subscription & Financial GrowthPromote and manage student and school subscriptions across the available membership plans (Free, Starter, School-Centric, and Premium).Work with parents, teachers, and school administrators to encourage pupil registration and renewals for continuous engagement.Support the collection and proper remittance of membership fees in accordance with Levi EduTech’s financial procedures.Propose and implement creative strategies for sustainable financial growth of the club in assigned regions. School Engagement & CollaborationDevelop strong, trust-based relationships with school leaders, ICT coordinators, and teaching staff.Coordinate with schools to integrate Cybersmart Club activities into their co-curricular calendar.Encourage teacher participation in the Cybersmart Educators Initiative for enhanced digital teaching competence.Represent the organization in school-based events, seminars, and inter-school activities to foster partnerships and visibility. Club Coordination & Activity ManagementSupervise and guide school-based Cybersmart Club sessions and events.Coordinate digital safety campaigns, competitions, and project-based learning activities.Encourage innovation through student-led IT projects, cyber awareness campaigns, and community outreach programs.Monitor club performance and ensure members benefit from the training curriculum and mentorship opportunities. Parent & Community RelationsEngage parents through awareness sessions and communication drives to build trust and support for the club.Act as the first point of contact for parents regarding club participation, safety, and benefits.Collect testimonials and success stories demonstrating club impact on pupils and schools. Monitoring, Reporting & AccountabilitySubmit periodic reports on club establishment, membership growth, financial performance, and impact metrics.Ensure compliance with Levi EduTech’s operational guidelines and ethical standards.Provide feedback and recommendations for program improvement and innovation.Core Competencies & SkillsStrong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.Excellent networking and relationship management abilities.Passion for education, child development, and technology.Basic understanding of cybersecurity and IT concepts.Sales, marketing, or outreach experience (advantage).Good organizational, leadership, and reporting skills.Ability to work independently with integrity and accountability.QualificationsMinimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, ICT, Social Sciences, Marketing, or related field.Experience in school engagement, community mobilization, or program facilitation.Proven track record in educational outreach or club coordination preferred.Familiarity with EdTech tools and digital literacy advocacy is a plus.Performance IndicatorsNumber of new schools onboarded and clubs established.Growth in pupil and school membership subscriptions.Quality of club coordination and activity reports.Relationship strength with schools and parents.Timely remittance and reporting of subscription payments.Organizational ValuesAll facilitators are expected to uphold the Cybersmart Club values of Integrity, Innovation, Collaboration, Responsibility, and Excellence, serving as role models in promoting safe, responsible, and creative technology use among children and youth.Job Category: Coach facilitator ITJob Type: Freelance Full Time Online Onsite Part Time
