JOB FAMILY / DEPTSalesDIVISION / ZONEEvian Volvic Alpro InternationalLOCATION, COUNTRYBangkok ThailandAREA OF ACCOUNTABILITYExport MarketJOB MISSIONYour key responsibilities would include: Export Market BDM – day-to-day managerial requirements of distributor network across Export Market(scope covered can differ depending on business needs)Commercial management of KPIs and JBP with key distributor partners. Support distributor sales teams & input value to customer negotiations where appropriate. Regular (weekly/monthly) contact via full contact strategy to influence and lead the agenda with KAMs through to Sales Director. Ability to communicate to multiple levels within our partner organizations’ and internally is crucial.

Monthly external business reviews with partners to review JBP. Cross functional interaction internally and externally with supply chain, finance and marketing functions. Full P&L responsibility; crucial management of forecasting, investment budgets, supply chain & internal business reporting. Regular reviews with Zone Director to keep abreast of key topics; implement the zone strategy. Achieves CANN & ROP growth targets (Profit & Losses responsible) of the geographical scope by managing/partnership with our network of distributors. Acquires an understanding of local market (market tour and industry networking) and use this knowledge to challenge the distributors' results and execution in their markets.

Identifies opportunities/threats of the area and strengths/weaknesses of our distributor network. Recommends the business ambitions, targets & key priorities of the area (integrating the Marketing plan developed by the Zone Marketing Manager) and obtain commitments from the distributor about these ambitions, targets and key strategies. Monitors the business indicators: sales forecasts/estimate, reporting, P&L, supply (no out of stock), crisis management, account receivables. Responsible for delivering accurate forecast, collect sales figures from the distributors and provide quantitative and qualitative comments for the monthly report to the area manager.

Ensures the execution of the action plan previously elaborated in collaboration with the distributors to maximize the 4 Ps on the point of sales. Monitor results vs. plan and make the adequate decisions/corrective actions accordingly. Guides and supports the distributor during the change of our business model toward the valorization of our brand: evaluation of distributor, training of the sales force, implementation of incentives, solution for alternative channel. Shares, creates and implement Best PracticesKEY INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTSZone DirectorsMarketing/Finance /Legal/ Supply ChainOther departments/CBUs, according to functional needs (Factory, etc. ).

DistributorsPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEMinimum 5 years work experience in a commercial environment, preferably FMCG. Previous key account, Category Management, International assignment, transversal projects would be a plus. Capacity to learn and adapt fast to new situations/environment;High Autonomy and able to work under supervision;Sales & negotiation: experienced in both channels ideally (retail & Modern Trade/HoReCa), managing clients’ performance; Marketing: Good knowledge of the Basics 4P's and trade Marketing levers;Finance Ability to manage Budget & investment; Able to read a P&L & ideally building it;Reporting: ability to monitor, analyze, be clear and summarize prioritiesEDUCATIONUniversity DegreeFOREIGN LANGUAGESEnglish fluent.
