Polynesia, South Korea, Guam, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India, Myanmar, Brunei Dar-es-S, New Zealand, Wallis,Futuna, Duty Free EVA, Bangladesh) – might be extended to other zones on the scope of EVAIJOB PURPOSE/MISSIONReponsible for Demand & Supply Planning for Evian Export business in direct collaboration with local teams (Sales, Marketing & Finance) and Export team based in Evian.

Reporting to Zone & Subzones Director & functionally to the Export Demand & Supply Manager based in Evian specially to lead the S&OP Process. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES1/ Co build - Sales Forecast:

Perform past sales analysis & define baselineCommercial & Marketing plan impact estimation vs baselineFollow and improve Forecast accuracy (country and regional level)Monitor & perform shipment FC analysisChallenge depletions forecast2/ Animate local forecast process (GPS)Monthly meeting with Sales & Finance team to review month result & YTG forecastArgue to align everyone on the most accurate figureFollow gap between latest forecast & business target, investigate and explain on the variations3/ Supply Planning and replenishment managementManage replenishments to ensure enough local inventory levelsDefine and maintain relevant local inventory policyPlan product switches and launches according to marketing plansLiaise with distributor to get stock reports and improve overall efficiencyMonitor stock variation (vs forecast, Operations constraints) and avoid OOS at any costSecure weekly system updates (stock/forecast/in-transit) and be able to explain variationsCommunicate portfolio with the partners and explain relevant information (gaps, etc.
