The Opportunity...We're looking for a Data and AI Manager to join our team based in either our Sydney/Canbera office or remotely from Melbourne.As the Data and AI Manager, you’ll lead the development and delivery of data strategy, reporting, and intelligent automation across Boyce. This role is central to unlocking the value of data and artificial intelligence for the firm and its clients. You’ll work closely with the Head of Technology to embed data-driven thinking across the organisation, deliver actionable insights, and introduce scalable, intelligent solutions that improve business processes and client services.What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like...Your role will be strategic and hands-on, with a focus on data leadership, innovation, and collaboration. You’ll be responsible for:Reporting and Analytics: Design and maintain dashboards and reports that support executive and operational decision-making, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Data Strategy and AI Enablement: Maintain a centralised data model, define governance standards, and identify opportunities for automation and AI to enhance business performance.Collaboration and Communication: Partner with business units to promote data literacy, mentor the Data Analyst, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.About YouWe're looking for a data-savvy leader who is passionate about using analytics and AI to drive business outcomes.
