Job DescriptionEssential Job Functions: Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their technology challenges and delivering customized solutions. Collaborate with the team to develop effective solutions that address clients' technology challenges. Contribute to identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts. Participate in proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations. Provide insights and contribute to the strategic direction of the Consulting Services division. Assist in overseeing the financial performance of the division, adhering to budgets, and ensuring profitability.
