Through online gaming, live broadcasts and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users。 Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the development, optimization, and operation of security strategies for the client’s international mobile gaming business.Conduct data analysis, account security analysis, video analysis, and anomaly detection related to game safety.Extract and analyze overseas player behavior data (especially for FPS/MOBA games), perform profiling and segmentation of violators.Execute and monitor refined operational strategies, evaluate and report on violator governance effectiveness.Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques to assist in building risk detection and security models.Participate in evaluating security strategy effectiveness, preparing statistical reports, and presenting data visualizations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven business optimization and strategy improvements.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, with 1+ years of relevant experience.Proficient in at least one programming language (Python/Lua/C++/Shell, etc.); familiarity with Lua or Python is preferred.Skilled in Python and SQL for big data analysis and processing, with hands-on Linux experience.Familiar with mainstream machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch); experience in related competitions is a plus.Strong data sensitivity, logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities.Highly responsible, with strong communication, teamwork, and stress-resistance skills.Comfortable working in a bilingual (Chinese-English) environment.Passionate about FPS/MOBA games (e.g., PUBGM, CODM, LOL, Honor of Kings, AOV); high-ranking players or candidates with prior game industry experience are preferred.Knowledge of NLP algorithms, computer vision algorithms, or experience with large models (LLMs) is a plus.
