Job DescriptionMonitor & coordinate seller pick-up orderAssign pick-up locations according to the timing of pick-up and ensure cost optimisation at all timesPerform quality and quantity checks once items have arrived at the warehouseAddress seller complaints and perform analysis to identify the root cause. Simultaneously implementing preventive measuresEnsure all pick-up activities are carried out in a timely manner by monitoring the productivity of drivers & ridersAssist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicableMonitor and report KPI complianceEnsure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for warehouse parcel inboundRequirementsCandidates currently based in Kuala Lumpur / Selangor are encouraged to applyDiploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Open to candidates with no prior experience but a strong willingness to learn.
