Job DescriptionLead and establish operation processes in the hub during start-up phaseTrack, monitor and ensure on-time shipment delivery from picked up to end customerManage and hire Staff / Subcon / Part time driver / riderHandle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank-in everydayCoordinate between hub, warehouse outbound and linehaul for smooth operationWork closely with customer service and assist on handling customer requestControl inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcelManage and ensure hub is meeting 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain) standardRequirementsLegally allowed to work in Sabah based on respective state law requirementsCandidates currently based in Sabah are encouraged to applyDiploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageousGood command of the language in Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishPreferably 3-5 years experience specializing in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalentShift-basis with shifts available 6 days a week, depending on agreed team arrangementAbility to commit to shift work on a rotational basisWorking pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if requiredWorking location: Menggatal, Sabah
