As a team full of opportunities, we are happy to develop, produce and succeed together.If you want to be part of a team that creates value for everyone and makes life easier through innovative products and services—and contribute to exciting success stories—the future starts here.ResponsibilitiesDefine the roadmap for search analytics, relevance modeling, and user behavior insights that support business and product goals.Manage and mentor a high-performing team focused on search relevance, behavioral analytics, and model development.Analyze search queries, session data, click patterns, and other behavioral signals to identify improvement opportunities and emerging user needs.Lead the development of models and frameworks for query understanding, ranking, personalization, and search performance evaluation. Own A/B testing design, implementation guidance, and impact measurement.Work closely with Product Managers, Search Engineers, and UX Designers to translate insights into actionable improvements. Serve as the data voice in prioritization discussions and roadmap planning.Define and monitor key metrics that reflect the health and performance of the search system, such as relevance score, query success rate, zero-result rate, CTR, etc.Stay informed on developments in information retrieval, user intent modeling, semantic search, and LLM-enhanced search.
