We have a high-performance culture, where we treat our employees as individuals, as professionals, as key members of the team, and like family.Data Analysis at USAN is powered by our internal reporting infrastructure through a combination of custom report generation and supplemented with data visualization tools such as Tableau and AWS QuickSight / Quick Suite, allowing users to glean insights about systems that handle millions of customer contacts from a high-level view or drilling down to specific details.The Entry Level Data Analyst will assist fellow team members with analyzing trends, monitoring performance, mining large data sets, and reporting findings that will be shared with senior management and/or our customers. USAN collects IVR data, using it to help customers make better business decisions.
