This role is pivotal as we select and integrate a new data platform. You will contribute to building data pipelines, dashboarding, and supporting project management activities that drive modernization initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Coordinate with vendors post-award and ensure smooth integration of the new platform.Data Analytics: Execute ETL pipeline development using Python and SQL based on existing mapped systems.Dashboarding: Perform statistical analysis and create dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.Document requirements and manage deployment of grid modernization software tools.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Must-Have Qualifications2+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and ETL pipeline development.2+ years of Dashboarding experience (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).Engineering degree.Proven ability to lead projects (even small-scale)Nice-to-HaveExperience in power systems/utility sector.PMP certification (highly valued).Familiarity with Ontario utility sector and related software (ADMS, SCADA, GIS).Soft SkillsStrong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and adapt to emerging technologiesWhy Join Us?ALTEN Canada fosters a dynamic, collaborative work environment where every team member is empowered to reach their full potential.
