We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for talented people who love to make things happen.The RoleWe’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team and help bring clarity and confidence to how we measure our business.You’ll be the person who connects our retail and manufacturing worlds — turning raw numbers into clear, meaningful stories that shape decisions across the company. From daily dashboards to long-term insights, your work will help everyone from the factory floor to the showroom team understand performance, spot opportunities, and plan ahead.You’ll work closely with our Data & Insights Lead, ensuring our reports are accurate, timely, and easy to use — and you’ll play a key role in automating how data flows through the business.Skills & ExperienceWe’d love to hear from you if you have:Strong experience with Excel and Power BI (data transformation, formulas, DAX).A good understanding of ERP or retail systems such as AX, Magento, or similar.Great attention to detail and a head for numbers.Experience working with large datasets and presenting insights clearly.The ability to collaborate across teams and communicate confidently with non-technical colleagues.DesirableIt’d be great (but not essential) if you also bring:Experience with data automation or integration tools.A background in retail, manufacturing, or logistics reporting.Some knowledge of SQL or data modelling principles.
