We’re proud to offer meaningful career opportunities, where your work directly supports the success of individuals, families, and local businesses.We offer:A supportive and inclusive team cultureOngoing professional development and career progressionThe opportunity to make a tangible difference in people’s livesA flexible and community-focused working environmentWhat You’ll Be DoingBuild and maintain powerful datasets and reports that bring insights to life.Create interactive dashboards in CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM) to support business decision-making and customer outcomes.Extract and analyse data from SQL databases to identify trends and opportunities.Ensure data accuracy, integrity and security across Salesforce and related systems.Assist with system administration, including flows, objects, permissions and enhancement requests.Partner with internal stakeholders to support projects, UAT and continuous improvement initiatives.What You’ll Bring1- 2+ years’ Salesforce experience in an administration or analytics role.Experience with CRM Analytics/Tableau CRM, SQL, SOQL and SAQL.Strong Excel skills (Power Pivot, advanced formulas and functions).Experience building Salesforce Flows (highly desirable).Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate data insights clearly.Who you areYou are analytical, curious and passionate about turning data into meaningful insights.
