Data Analyst

Our mission is to make logistics more efficient and eco-friendly using data-driven decision-making and innovative technology.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, validate, and maintain data related to client operations and delivery performance. Review and verify client invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare and manage riders’ payout and performance summary reports on a regular basis. Generate and present data insights and analytical reports to management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. 🔹 Required SkillsStrong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards). Basic knowledge of coding/scripting (Python or similar) for automation or process improvement. Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data validation. Good communication and presentation abilities to explain findings clearly. Ability to handle multiple datasets and meet reporting deadlines. 🔹 QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting. Experience working with client or operational data is preferred. 🔹 Other RequirementsProactive attitude with ownership and accountability. Commitment to maintaining data confidentiality and integrity. Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment focused on sustainable logistics.
