This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical side of analytics and the business impact of data-driven storytelling. What You’ll Do Analytics & InsightsPerform exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistical analysis, and feature engineering using Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) or R to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities across business areas.Support marketing, sales, and product teams by analyzing CRM data, campaign performance, and customer behavior to optimize conversion, retention, and ROI.Build predictive and diagnostic models to guide decision-making and improve key business outcomes.Ensure high data quality through reliable ETL/ELT pipelines, data governance practices, and workflow automation.Visualization & CommunicationDesign and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling stories that inspire strategic decisions.Partner with business, marketing, product, and operations teams to turn insights into actionable outcomes.Collaboration & StrategyWork closely with cross-functional leaders to define analytics goals aligned with company priorities.Contribute to improving data infrastructure, automation, and accessibility across teams.Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity, context, and consistency in all data deliverables. What We’re Looking For Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. 4–5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.  Technical Skills Advanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, subqueries). Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling. Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and workflow automation. Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning concepts. Expertise in Tableau or Power BI for visualization and storytelling. Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration. Nice to have  Experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to marketing and CRM systems. Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/marketing platforms and their data structures. Understanding of marketing and growth metrics (conversion rates, attribution, retention, etc.) is a plus.  Soft Skills Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to translate data into business impact. Curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving clarity through data.   Why Join Us? Meaningful Impact: Use data to drive transformation at the intersection of AI, technology, and healthcare. Empowered Culture: Join a fast-paced, results-driven environment that values ownership, creativity, and curiosity. Collaboration: Work alongside AI engineers, designers, and strategists solving real-world challenges in dental innovation. Career Growth: Grow into analytics or data science leadership roles as we expand globally. Competitive Package: Enjoy a strong compensation and benefits package with opportunities for advancement.  This isn’t about reporting metrics. It’s about uncovering insights that power an AI-driven platform reshaping the future of dental care. If you’re ready to turn data into impact and insight into action — we’d love to hear from you. Apply today from our Vancouver office and help build the data foundation driving smarter, AI-powered dental care worldwide.
