With expertise in Recruitment & Selection, Performance management, Training & Development, Compensation and benefits as well as Outsourcing of goods and services for organizations."The RoleDesign, implement, and refine predictive and analytical models for complex business problems.Translate ambiguous business questions into structured data problems and actionable solutions.Explore large datasets to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and opportunities.Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows for production-ready analytics.Conduct an in-depth evaluation of model behaviour, identifying weaknesses and proposing solutions.Assess new tools, frameworks, and methods for potential application in real projects.Present findings and actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ideal ProfileBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.7+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).Experience with statistical analysis, regression, or predictive modelling.Ability to work with large datasets and transform raw data into actionable insights.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence product or business decisions.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle ambiguous analytical challenges.Clear communication skills to present complex insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (Python, R) is a plus.What's on Offer?Flexible working optionsGreat work environmentOpportunity to make a positive impact
