Role: Product Director (AI, Data,Cloud)Sector: Software DevelopmentJob Type: Permanent contractLocation: Hybrid in Madrid or BarcelonaSalary Range: €85.000 to €120.000 + Benefits + BonusContract type: Direct employment with our clientWhat is the mission of the companyOur client delivers high-impact AI, data, cloud and digital solutions to an international customer base, turning advanced technology into measurable business value.We’re hiring a Product Director and consulting leader to design and scale an enterprise Product Vertical within a technology strategy group—combining strategy, go-to-market support, and hands-on execution across AI, data, cloud and digital product work.We expect a senior professional with 10+ years in consulting, digital transformation or venture/build roles, with a history of launching service lines or verticals and leading cross-functional teams.What is the mission of this role?Accelerate the growth and quality of the Product Vertical by defining the proposition and delivery approach, steering engagements from discovery and validation through MVPs, automations and agent deployments, and partnering closely with Sales to build pipeline and revenueYou will hire and develop a high-performing team, safeguard delivery excellence and client outcomes, and manage budgets and commercials.
