Data Analyst & Scientist

The Data Analyst and Scientist role reports to the Chief Data Officer (CDO) and is part of the Data Team which is dedicated to advancing data-driven decision-making across the company. In this high-impact position, you'll contribute to enhancing our data querying, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities—directly influencing the success rates of marketing and sales campaigns. You'll work on a diverse range of projects, collaborate with teams across the company, and help evolve our data strategy. Design and optimise SQL queries and data flows: Build high-quality prospect lists that drive effective marketing and sales campaigns Data Integration and Preparation: Combine, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure cohesive and accurate data sets for analysis and campaign targeting Report Generation and Insight Delivery: Develop detailed reports and deliver actionable insights to support marketing, sales, and leadership teams in making informed decisions. Dashboard and Visualization Building: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to various audiences. Build and automate report production for business usersData Quality Monitoring: Regularly assess and ensure ongoing accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the data used for campaigns and decision-making processes.
