Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Data & Communication Specialist to support strategic partner connections with leading cloud providers such as AWS, Google, and Microsoft. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data accuracy, cross-team collaboration, and driving operational excellence.What You’ll Do:Create and manage partner deal registrations and co-sell opportunities.Maintain and clean CRM data (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce) to ensure system synchronization and accuracy.Manage email communications for introductions, reconnections, and white-glove concierge outreachKeep Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ACE & Partner Center) updated with accurate partner-to-provider connection data.Collaborate closely with POD teams and Data Tackle teams to ensure seamless execution.Conduct weekly audits to maintain 97–98%+ data accuracy across systems (Downstream, Salesforce, Excel).Support additional data and connection processing tasks as needed. What We’re Looking For:+2 years of experience in data operations, CRM management, or partner support roles.Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce.Advanced Excel skills (data validation, reporting, accuracy control).C1 english level Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple systems and deadlines.Undergraduate degree preferred.Benefits: Work from Monday to Friday / No weekendsSalary: 1,100 USD +PTO + Family Day + Wellness programGreat Career development opportunitiesCOME JOIN US!
