Together, through diversity and inclusion, we will become better at what we do.Find out more here about how you can unleash your full potential at DLLDay To Day As a Data Analytics Specialist, you are responsible for the availability and quality of the data for our Risk- and Non-Regulatory Models. Together with the team of modelers you decide what data is necessary to successfully develop a model. You will investigate if the requested data is already available on the Azure Data Platform. If not, you will work closely together with departments in different countries to collect and test the data. You will also work closely together with IT and Data Management to automate the onboarding of the data on the Azure data platform from different applications. Next step is to test the quality of the data. If necessary, you will initiate actions together with IT and the application owners to improve the data quality. If the necessary data is available and of good quality, you are responsible for transforming the data into an integrated model dataset and making it available to the modelers within Group Analytics. This is an iterative process until the model meets the required performance. Together with the team, you are responsible for the data on the data platform and help ensure that there is proper governance around changes in the model data landscape. You will also support documentation of data collection and testing activities as well as validation of these activities by the Model Validation team where needed. You will provide guidance and support to less experienced team members in the above areas. You will, in the above activities, interact with stakeholders from many different teams/departments, such as Predictive Modeling, Data Management, Model Development, Model Validation, (local) Finance and IT. Click this link for an overview of all the benefits in your region. “We lead the way in meeting the need for flexibility and transparency which our customers increasingly expect”Essentials A Bachelor or Master’s degree in a data- or IT-related field 3-5 Years of professional experience working in a similar role Understanding data is a true passion of yours Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven experience in executing quantitative analyses using SQL and R/Python, and ability to work with MS Excel Experience in working with Microsoft Azure technology and Databricks You have a good eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated affinity with the development of credit risk models You are a self-starter and able to work in an organization with a complex system and data landscape Strong analytical and project management skills. Extras Knowledge and experience with the application of Agile and Scrum practices Prior experience working in the Finance industry or Credit risk domain and knowledge of relevant regulation Preference to work in a dynamic, international environment.
