Join our team as a Data ArchitectThis is a unique opportunity to contribute to data architecture design with our customers, partners and products. You’ll be solving real world complex problems whilst working alongside our advisory teams, both business consultants and data engineers.As business opportunities continue to arise, we’re looking for a seasoned Data Architect who is passionate about designing robust and modern processes for risk and regulatory data. Often this includes navigating data models, regulatory & industry standards, and data quality frameworks and taking them into account in architectural context. Your work will directly influence how these high-level items become concrete delivery items.We are builders and doers, so whatever the context, we expect hands-on capabilities regardless of the role.What You’ll DoDesign and implement data architecture and data models with customers, partners and within our productsContribute to our frameworks (e.g. BCBS239 & RDARR, and data quality)Collaborate with stakeholders to align data models with business and regulatory goalsDrive data governance practices and standardization across projectsParticipate in dialogue with customersMentor and guide in data context with best practices and experiencesWhat We’re Looking ForSeveral years of experience in data architecture, warehousing, data models, or data governance Proven track record in banking, wealth management or insurance domainsStrong expertise in data modeling (Snowflake, normalized, Data Vault 2.0 etc.)Hands-on experience with tools like Snowflake, Azure, DatabricksAbility to act as architectural lead and deliver complex projects in multi-vendor environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluency in EnglishNice to HaveCertifications in cloud technologies (e.g. Azure), tools (e.g. Databricks), or other generally relevant areas (e.g. Agile Data Engineering)Experience with metadata cataloging tools (e.g. IGC, Collibra, Alteryx, Erwin)Familiarity with project tools like Jira & ConfluenceExperience in working with both legacy systems and cloud-based platformsFluency in Finnish or SwedishWhat We OfferA growing, profitable, and stable company, largely owned by it's employees, operating in an expanding marketSupportive work culture with a strong sense of communityComprehensive benefits, including occupational health and dental care, sports, culture and lunch benefits, as well as extensive insurance coverageContinuous learning, such as access to Coursera, support for certificationsn and professional developmentHybrid working environment, offering flexibility and trust in how and where you workThe compensation range for this role is 4600-6100 EUR, depending on seniority.
