Data Center Project Director

Responsibilities :1. Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of data center projects from initiation to completion, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, procurement, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.3. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, regularly monitoring and reporting on project progress to stakeholders.4. Utilize your strong background in civil, electrical & mechanical engineering to provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.5. Manage project risks, issueand change requests effectively, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary to ensure project success.6. Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communications, fostering clear and effective communication channels among all stakeholders.7. Work closely with the Project Director, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with project objectives and strategies.Requirements : 1. More than 5 years of experience in Data Center & Project Management2. Good command of English both oral and written, Chinese fluent is an advantage3. PMP Certificate is an advantage4. Have knowledge on telecommunication or other IT, engineering related, project management knowledge5. Good interpersonal communication and leadership skill, can lead a team6. Good analytical skill, detail-oriented, strong communication skills to be able to communicate to different level of counterparts7. Able to work under pressure, business trip, and overtime if needed8. Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
