Whether you’re a rising star in project coordination or a seasoned leader in tech delivery, this role offers the chance to shape cutting-edge solutions while growing your expertise in AI and cloud technologies.Your MissionAs Project Manager, you’ll:Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of complex tech projects (AI, cloud, data) on time and within budgetBridge business and tech by translating stakeholder needs into actionable project plansChampion innovation by integrating cloud services and GenAI into project solutionsKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop project plansReview project plans and success metrics to determine time frame, funding limitations, and proceduresAssess consolidated project plans for dependencies, gaps, and continued business valueEstimate budgetary needs and anticipate future budget challengesConduct cost-benefit analysis and develop project planOversee program implementationEvaluate and address external business environment changes for impact on project scopeFacilitate daily stand-ups and sprint reviews to achieve team consensusRefine and manage the product backlogDocument and track project scope, changes, issues, and risks using JIRA and/or MS ProjectPlan and manage project compliance requirements and governance structuresManage project closure and/or transitionsEliminate conflicts and assist in developing solutions to manage roadblocksConduct project reviews and recommend changes to schedules, cost, or resource requirements, including cloud resource optimizationManage people and organisationFacilitate discussions, problem-solving, and conflict resolution among project team members, and between business and technical stakeholdersManage communication and collaboration with clients, vendors, and partnersDevelop initiatives to support continuing competence and professional development of the teamCoach and mentor junior project managersManage project budget, work allocations, manpower, and resource needs, with transparent reporting to leadershipDrive performance management practices within the team in line with organisational policies and proceduresWhat You Bring🛠️ Core Competencies5+ years in tech project management (cloud/AI projects preferred)PMP or Agile certifications (or equivalent practical experience)Tool Mastery: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SlackCloud Awareness: migration frameworks, cost management, and service integration🌟 Success TraitsStrategic thinking to navigate complex project progressBalance of analytical planning and collaborative communicationGovernance-oriented problem-solving and decision-makingOwnership mindset with ability to rally teams to deliverAI Curious: excited to explore GenAI for project management efficiency🎓 QualificationsDegree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)Fresh graduates with PM internships/certifications may apply for junior PM positionsSenior candidates: demonstrate complex tech delivery experience and team leadership
