Position: Data Entry ClerkExternal Title: Data Entry ClerkReports Directly to: Site ControllerFunction: PayrollLocation: Langley BC (On-site)Duration: 3-6 month contractTHE OPPORTUNITYPosition SummaryThomson Power Systems (a Regal Rexnord company) is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support timekeeping and payroll data processes at our Langley facility. This role is responsible for accurate daily entry of employee timecards and uploading data into SAP systems. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.Major ResponsibilitiesEnter daily timecard data for hourly employees with accuracy and attention to detailUpload and maintain employee timekeeping records in SAPReview timecard entries for completeness and resolve discrepanciesSupport payroll processing by ensuring timely and accurate data submissionMaintain confidentiality of employee and payroll informationPerform basic administrative tasks related to timekeeping documentationThis role is fully on-site at the Langley locationRequired Experience And Skills2–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial settingFamiliarity with timekeeping systems and SAP or similar ERP platformsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data handlingProficient in Microsoft Excel and OutlookAbility to work independently and meet daily deadlinesHigh level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive informationHourly Rate: $22 - $26We consider many factors including the successful candidate’s skillset and experience as well as internal equity.
