We are looking for an organized, reliable individual who demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and a keen ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnter data from various source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the information.Scan and organize documents for digital storage, appropriately categorizing and labeling them for easy retrieval and archival.Verify data by comparing it to source documents, checking outputs, and updating records as necessary to rectify inaccuracy or data deficiency.Regularly maintain and update ongoing reports, ensure data integrity in all aspects of entry and reporting.Assist with the preparation of interim and final reports by gathering and summarizing data as required.Adhere to data integrity and security policies, respecting confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information against unauthorized access.Provide detailed attention to the task completion, identifying and addressing discrepancies in data before final submission of the task.Use various software tools and applications effectively, adjusting to new technology platforms as needed for efficient data entry processes.Collaborate with other departments to obtain missing data or to resolve queries about data anomalies detected during entry.Participate in scheduled training and development sessions to improve knowledge and performance level.Meet specified operational deadlines and individual performance benchmarks consistently.Perform regular backups to ensure no loss of data occurs in any scenario.Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information, adhering to legal and company regulations regarding data safety and privacy.Communicate regularly with team leaders and peers to ensure that data entry tasks align with broader administrative goals.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certification in Office Administration is a plus.Proven experience in data entry work, with a focus on speed and accuracy in typing.Knowledge of standard office equipment and proficient use of office productivity software (MS Office, Google Suite), as well as the adaptability to learn new software and systems.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of data compilation and entry.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality or accuracy.Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to communicate discrepancies to supervisors clearly and concisely.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in collaborative projects.Reliability and punctuality in achieving deadlines and adhering to scheduled timings.Experience with databases and records management systems is highly regarded.Flexibility in work hours and availability for additional hours during peak periods is appreciated.Commitment to ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and adapt to evolving business needs.Understanding of data confidentiality principles is essential.
