Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry/Data Analyst. This role involves extensive data entry, data validation, and data cleansing to ensure accuracy and integrity across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management tools, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Enter large volumes of data accurately into internal databases and systems.Perform data cleansing to identify and correct errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.Validate data against source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.Maintain and update records in compliance with company standards and data governance policies.Generate basic reports and summaries to support business decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies.Assist in developing and implementing data quality checks and best practices.Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security protocols.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.Proven experience in data entry and data cleansing roles.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools; experience with SQL or BI tools is an asset.Ability to manage large datasets and meet tight deadlines.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
