The Data Entry Specialist (AI Background) is responsible for accurately entering, managing, and updating company data while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows. This role supports daily operations by ensuring data accuracy, improving data processes, and assisting in the implementation or monitoring of AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has a foundational understanding of AI technologies that can optimize routine tasks. Responsibilities Data Management & EntryEnter, update, and maintain accurate data across company systems and databases.Verify and validate information for completeness and correctness.Organize records, files, and digital documents in a systematic and accessible manner.Perform quality checks to ensure high data integrity.AI Tools & Workflow OptimizationUse AI-based tools and applications to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.Assist in identifying processes that can be automated or enhanced with AI solutions.Monitor AI-generated outputs for accuracy and report any discrepancies.Provide suggestions for workflow improvements using AI and digital tools.Support & CoordinationCollaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely collection and processing of information.Assist with data preparation for reporting and analytics.Support the implementation of new digital tools or AI features within the department.Troubleshoot basic technical or data-related issues as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Good understanding of AI concepts (e.g., automation, data processing, AI assistants). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data-entry software. Ability to work with AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms, OCR tools). Tech-savvy with willingness to adopt new tools. Proven experience in data entry, administrative work, or similar roles. Analytical mindset and proactive approach to improving workflows. Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
