As we build our dynamic team, we are looking for passionate and creative individuals who are ready to shape the future of education in the UAE.About the Role:We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Management and Analysis Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, including contributing to the development of effective methods and mechanisms for collecting data related to the organization, and analyzing its impact on the organization’s trends and strategic objectives. In addition, responsible for summarizing and tracking data, and preparing analytical and statistical reports and dashboards according to the organization’s strategic or operational needs.Tasks and Responsibilities:Collect, organize, and process datasets from various internal and external sources accurately and efficiently.Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency by implementing data validation and organization procedures.Identify and correct inaccurate data while maintaining high standards of data quality.Apply methods and mechanisms for data collection, enhancing the efficiency of data collection processes and ensuring data quality.Collect sector-specific data and analyze its impact on the organization’s trends and strategic objectives.Collect, analyze, summarize, and track data, prepare analytical and statistical reports, and design dashboards according to the organization’s strategic or operational needs.Apply statistical methods to analyze and interpret data, identify patterns, trends, and correlations.Conduct precise data analysis using advanced tools to produce actionable insights for the organization’s programs and projects.Perform hypothesis testing and forecasting to support decision-making processes.Use tools such as Tableau or Power BI to develop interactive dashboards, create visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards, graphs, and accurate reports to present complex data to stakeholders, thereby supporting planning and decision-making processes.Store data in different formats as required by data analysis applications while maintaining data integrity.Store data on cloud storage or approved storage tools to prevent data loss or damage and to enable easy sharing with relevant stakeholders.Evaluate new tools and technologies related to data analysis and recommend the most suitable ones to the direct manager.Recommend the most appropriate applications for data analysis and inform the direct manager about their added value and any required related subscriptions.Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct manager related to the scope of work.Required Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field Professional experience ranging from 3 to 5 years in compliance and document management within the academic or educational sector, or a related field. Previous experience in data management and analysis within the academic or educational sector, with well-recognized local or international institutions, is preferred.Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
