Investment Analyst - Hospitality

We are representing a leading real estate investment platform based in Dubai, focused on the acquisition, development, and management of high-performing hospitality and build-to-rent assets across the GCC and Europe.As the business continues its rapid growth, we are seeking an Investment Analyst to join the team and play a key role in evaluating opportunities, supporting transactions, and driving the strategic expansion of the portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Conduct detailed financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and scenario testing for potential acquisitions and developments.Support the full investment lifecycle — from origination and due diligence through to execution and asset performance tracking.Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal committees and external investors.Analyse market trends across hospitality, residential, and mixed-use sectors to identify emerging opportunities.Partner with asset management and development teams to monitor performance and optimise returns.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field; CFA or similar qualification preferred.2–5 years of experience in real estate investment, private equityStrong financial modelling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Experience of hospitality or residential real estate transactions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.What’s on Offer:Competitive tax-free package with performance-based bonus.Exposure to landmark projects and institutional-level investment transactions.Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and influence strategic investment decisions.Collaborative and forward-thinking culture within one of Dubai’s most dynamic investment firms.
