The company is committed to fostering sustainable financial innovation.About the RoleAs our Data Manager, you will lead our small but growing data team, which includes data scientists, engineers, and analysts.This is a "player-coach" role, meaning you will both manage the team and get involved in hands-on work. We are looking for someone who is particularly strong in Data Science and enjoys building predictive models (like risk and fraud models). You will guide the team's strategy, help them grow their skills, and work together to turn data into real business value.What You'll DoLead & Mentor: Guide and support the data team, helping them succeed and grow.Be Hands-On: Jump in to help build machine learning models, analyze data, and solve tough problems.Set Direction: Work with other departments (like Product, Ops and Credit team) to understand what they need and create a plan for the data team.Manage Data: Make sure our data is accurate, well-organized, and easy for everyone to use.Share Insights: Help the company make better decisions by explaining data findings in a simple, clear way.What We're Looking ForStrong Experience: Several years of experience in the data field, with a proven background in Data Science.Leadership Skills: You have experience mentoring others or leading projects.Technical Skills: Very comfortable with SQL and strong skills in Python (especially for data science).Good Understanding: You know how the different parts of data work together (pipelines, databases, analytics, and models).Problem Solver: You enjoy tackling challenges and building solutions.Team Player: You communicate well and enjoy working with others.WFO Commitment: You are able to work full-time at our office in SCBD.Why Join Us?A great opportunity to build and shape a data team from its early stages.See your work make a direct impact on the business.A friendly and fast-paced work environment.
