Data Migration Delivery Lead (Insurance Domain)Location: Kuala Lumpur Employment Type: Full-Time 🔍 What You’ll DoLead the data migration strategy, analysis, and execution for core insurance systems.Collaborate with Data Owners, Business Owners, Architects, and Integration Teams to define requirements and deliver seamless migration.Design cost-effective, reusable, and scalable data migration models for regional delivery.Manage the full data migration lifecycle — from source to target — ensuring accuracy, security, and quality.Provide regular updates, flag risks, and support management with actionable insights.Oversee project scope, schedule, and delivery milestones.Support Data Engineers with ETL, SQL, and technical troubleshooting.💼 What You Bring12+ years of IT experience, including strong exposure as a Technical Lead / Data Migration Lead.Proven track record in large-scale policy administration system migrations within the Life Insurance domain.Deep understanding of Life Insurance operations — new business, policy servicing, distribution, accounts, and claims.Knowledge of insurance data models and system dependencies.Experience designing and delivering regional, scalable migration frameworks.Hands-on experience with ETL tools, SQL, and data validation techniques.Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Life Asia System is a strong plus.If you are interested, please share your updated resume to Jessy@ibroadsolutions.com
