The role ensures that client data is distributed according to contractual agreements and quality standards, while also supporting internal teams and systems involved in the reporting process.Key Responsibilities:Data Quality & Operational ExcellenceProactively monitor and investigate data quality issues, handling complex cases independentlyImplement and validate data enhancements, fixes using SQL, Regex, and internal toolsTake ownership of the weekly quality check processes, ensuring data deliveries are consistently accurate and on timeData Processing & AnalysisPerform ML model retraining, monitoring and analyzing performances, and bring enhancementsInvestigate and resolve complex or ambiguous data classification and branding issuesEfficiency in handling daily, high-volume operational tasksCollaboration & CommunicationActively work with your team member by sharing information, support eachother and build a cohesive team environmentProactively update your manager in Paris on task status, potential risks, or blockers before they become major issuesServe as a reliable and solutions-oriented contact point for internal departments, handling operational issues through to resolutionContribute to operational process improvementsCompliance & Best PracticesFollow and adhere to all global processes and team best practicesMaintain strict confidentiality of client and internal dataMeet internal standards and productivity targetsGeneral & Administrative DutiesParticipate in company-organized training sessionsReport system issues that may impact workflowSupport team, department, and organizational tasks as neededQualificationsEducationB.S. / M.S. in business analytics, data science, statistics or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceTechnical Skills2-3+ years of professional experience in a data operations, data quality, or business analyst roleStrong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysisPractical experience writing and maintaining RegexA clear understanding of data pipelines and how data quality impacts ML modelsStrong written and spoken English (C1 level is essential)Key Competencies:Analytical & TechnicalStrong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy,while applying pragmatic judgment to balance effort and valueStrong analytical skills with a talent for investigating the root cause of data issuesProven logical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesCommunication & CollaborationStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to build productive working relationshipsAbility to provide clear, proactive updates and articulate complex issues simplyIntegrity & AccountabilityMaintains confidentiality and acts with integrityHigh level of personal responsibility and ownership of assigned processesProductivity & InitiativeFinds motivation in making routine processes more efficientProactive and self-motivated, with strong persistence and follow-throughWorks effectively under deadlines and manages competing prioritiesAdditional InformationBenefits:Food vouchers of 120 BGN monthlyMedical InsuranceLife InsuranceMultiSport card, self funded by the employeeAdditional paid leave of 3 daysMentoring - Mentee ProgramVolunteer time off (global volunteer day)* Internal Recognition ProgramFree LinkedIn Learning accessFree Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
