The role ensures that client data is distributed according to contractual agreements and quality standards, while also supporting internal teams and systems involved in the reporting process.Key Responsibilities:Client Data DeliveryDistribute reports to external clients using GfK’s specialized applicationsManage client access and settings for GfK reporting portalsEnsure timely delivery of data in line with contractual deadlinesQuality AssurancePerform quality control checks on all report deliveriesVerify report content and confirm data publicationMaintain monthly performance reports on delivery efficiencyData Processing & System ManagementConfigure, modify, and troubleshoot the online delivery systemCreate, update, and maintain all elements of the reporting process to minimize reworkWork effectively with internal platforms and applicationsCollaboration & CommunicationAct as a contact point for local country teams and internal departmentsProvide timely solutions to delivery-related issues via internal communication systemsParticipate in regular feedback sessions and performance reviewsCompliance & ConfidentialityPromote and adhere to global processes and best practicesMaintain strict confidentiality of client and internal dataEnsure compliance with internal standards and productivity targetsGeneral & Administrative DutiesParticipate in company-organized training sessionsLog daily activities in the time tracking systemReport system issues that may impact workflowSupport team, department, and organizational tasks as neededQualificationsEducationUniversity degree preferred in Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related fieldTechnical SkillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)Strong written and spoken EnglishBusiness KnowledgeUnderstanding of market and product specifics is an advantageFamiliarity with data processing methods, procedures, and toolsKey Competencies:Analytical & TechnicalAttention to detail and high-quality standardsAbility to understand and analyze dataLogical thinking and problem-solving skillsCommunication & CollaborationStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build productive working relationshipsActive listening and client orientationIntegrity & AccountabilityMaintains confidentiality and acts with integrityTakes personal responsibility and acknowledges mistakesProductivity & InitiativeResults-driven with persistence and follow-throughWorks effectively under deadlines and tracks progressAdditional InformationOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)About NIQNIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
