The AI & Big Data team is dedicated to solving healthcare challenges and driving value through cutting-edge solutions, including GenAI, machine learning, and real-world data analytics.Role OverviewAs a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead end-to-end AI and data science initiatives-from requirement gathering and stakeholder alignment to development, deployment, and post-delivery validation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build AI products, uncover insights from healthcare data, and support strategic decision-making across commercial and operational domains.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute data science projects that address business challenges and deliver measurable value.Develop AI prototypes and products using advanced techniques such as machine learning and NLP.Analyze real-world healthcare data (e.g., EMR, claims) to support marketing, patient journey mapping, and disease awareness.Apply ethical AI principles, ensuring reliability, risk management, and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with internal and global teams to adapt AI solutions to local needs and share best practices.Support talent development through mentoring and structured training programs.
